Solterra is included in Subaru TV ads....just noticed this morning that Subaru is including the Solterra in its advertising for their product lineup in the Sacramento region. Looks like deliveries will start in December as indicated by our local Subaru dealership in Shingle Springs, CA (near Sacramento)
Interesting, I need to verify that with my Roseville (AutoNation) dealer. They told me Dec in Sept, so might be worth asking for the update. Getting exciting, but still have my doubts...

My rep at Roseville Autonation informed me they are getting their demos in January. I asked if they are getting other Solterras in January and she said all they had was the VIN for the demo.

Good luck with that!

But the offer will be repeated, with variations, month by month. For me, 3.9% is not a favorable rate - but it's probably competitive (I haven't shopped new car financing lately).
Some banks are quoting 7.5% for a new car rate, at least in the US. Depends on the length of the loan as well. But at least it's a good sign that there are promo rates out there.

I just saw that! Damn!
Only the second time in 2022 that sales have edged above 50,000. Still a long way from 70,039 monthly record set three years ago.

Still just above 3000 BRZ sales for the first 11 months of 2022. Significantly lower than the 8587 for 2013 the first full year of sales for the BRZ. I seems very unikely the BRZ will still be on sale in the US in three years. Too much competition from the turbocharged 2 seaters.

That is also my hope, in spite of my complaints about charging restrictions we aren't generally hearing about from owners of other makes.

I do wonder how the RZ will sell, with even less range, but at least the higher peak charging rate of the Panasonic pack, but at a price higher than the Tesla Y.

I definitely think the Lexus fit and finish will be way above the Tesla and it probably appeals to a different crowd.

I guess with the line able to make Solterra, bZ4X and RZ 450e (along with switching to TNGA if they are short on sales, battery packs or other EV components), I suspect they'll keep the line busy.
