I found this interesting tidbit in the Warranty and Maintenance Booklet. I knew that not all of the U.S. was served directly by Subaru of America, and the warranty booklet lists the other distributors. I don't know if the different distributors account for some of the discrepancies in how the reservation and ordering process has worked for different members of this forum.
Does anyone know if the other distributors are still under the umbrella of Subaru of America? I've called Subaru of America at 800-SUBARU-3 and they've never asked where I'm calling from.
