2024 Solterra Touring. When I hand wash the car, this is the third time the doors lock on their own (and mirrors retract). I am not near the door handles. For example, I was washing around the rear taillights and that happened. Have you experience this. Is there something I am doing wrong. Is it possible static electricity may be the cause.

I was experiencing this so I put the fob in the house. Then it was happening when I would be washing the front passenger fender, and near the black hood insert. It certainly is odd, especially with the key fob out of range. I do like the "fob disable" potential that was listed above though.
