Hi Guys,
I"m have been a member on this forum since May 2025 when I leased my 2025 Solterra Premium. Just an FYI - The car has been great, no problems what so ever, and with careful planning have been on several +800 mile road trips. That being said, I drove into a Buc-ee's Travel Center/Gas Station (They are a Big Deal in Texas) and I could not find the Mercedes Benz chargers (They were on the other side of the property), but I did find the Tesla Superchargers, I decided to try the Magic Dock. I have heard mixed reviews, But I did try it and it worked perfectly. No problems, quick charge, and additional peace of mind knowing I have this option. Looking forward to when Subaru supplies the NACS adapters.... Again Just an FYI for those that are not sure.

Any particular reason that you parked like that?

Hi,
To charge my Solterra 2025 Touring I have successfully used both the Supercharger with Magic Dock and the Supercharger using the Lectron NASC to CCS adapter. Charge with the adapter is way slower, it took 20 minutes to charge 12.87kWh, with the Magic Dock it took 32 minutes to charge 25.43 kph. At the end of the day I might say both work seamlessly and because I go around 7:00 a.m. I have been paying 29 cents per kWh. If I become a Tesla Member for $12.99/month the cost might go down to 21 cents per kWh, I don't drive a lot so I am not sure if it will save me to pay for the Tesla membership.
I live in Denver, CO. I bought the adapter from Amazon on sale for $184.00, regular price was $209.00.
