I would say that only maintenance I do only the tire switch and air filter clean up (washer fluid and light bulbs don't count) and that is viable only thanks to place at family, where I can safely use the jack from car and place to store second tires (disk with tire).
I just some time before visit tire shop to calibrate them. This way I can change them when the weather needs and not randomly too soon or dangerously late because there wasn't other time slot.
For the rest I don't have place, equipment and knowledge and as my life depends on the state of the car I rather pay someone who knows what and how to do it, so my car doesn't fall apart when driving out of city in the turn.
