They will not likely have money factors and residuals necessary to calculate lease payments until closer to actual delivery time since these are dependent on the financial markets. etc.

You should be able to get a representative lease rate based on current rates and a reasonable residual from the dealer. They just will not likely commit to it. Honestly, it's no different than for folks who want to buy and finance. There's no way to know for sure what financing rates will be during the expected delivery time frame from any source of money...it's too far out.

Yeah, I think that might be true here also; however, in the past when I have made a decision between the Touring and Limited leases, I have found that the extra money for the touring lease isn't worth it to me for the features compared to the lease terms and price difference. Can't make that decision now prior to ordering without knowing the lease terms. As a result I might just have to order the Limited.

The dealership can probably tell you the current money factor, but they likely won't have the Solterra residuals until the cars are ready for delivery (and those will reflect the $7,500 FTC which the leasing company MAY or MAY NOT pass through).

Spoke with my dealer today. Said that they would cut me a check for the $250 if I order one and the financials aren't acceptable. So no risk in ordering, just have to decide between the Limited and Touring. In my experience the residuals don't really change from Limited to Touring trims, so I can estimate the additional cost, estimating the MF. At least get in the ballpark, unless this Solterra breaks the trend. In the past Subaru has passed the FTC to the customer during the lease, so it is likely that will be the case - we will see.

Has anyone seen numbers for leasing options yet?
You will not see that kind of thing until the vehicle is actually available for delivery as lease rates tend to fluctuate monthly with the money factor. Given rising reference interest rates, lease money factors will also be rising.

It's just like the 2.9% special financing offer for a purchase loan... also has to be from stock and by the 30th. Not unless they have dozens and dozens of trucks ready to deliver them in the next week or so... :ROFLMAO:
