I don't watch any of Sandy Munro's videos. He is just a shallow big mouth that actually knows very little about the cars he reviews and nothing about the technology he describes. Even the Tesla fanbois are tired of him. Waste of time watching/ reading anything that he puts out. Another forum with real engineers have called him out and question his credentials.

Seems a YT click-bait to get more views. The video's title is purposely too vague. The vid is a discussion of the battery swap technology; IDK if it is applicable to every car. I clicked "Dislike."
In 2013-2015, Musk "tried and abandoned" the swapping idea (1). I think swapping is the way to go for a lot of niche users.
On a side note, I wish Subaru designed Solterra with a 350kW charger rather than 150. DCFCs capable of 350kW are coming, but we are getting stuck with our 150kW system. Bcuz, I am happy to have a 15-min charge break every 2-3 hrs at a clean place while getting my ~70kWh. At the 150 kW speed it would be no less than 35 mins. Even though I travel long-distance some 5 times a year.
See a beautiful essay by a Model 3 owner on traveling from Buffalo NY to Central FL and managing the range anxiety (2).
