Google translate can also translate voice.
I haven't been interested enough in those videos to try it, but when a foreigner was having trouble understanding my West Texas English, he whipped out his phone and started some Universal Translator app that worked quite well. (Makes me wonder how many Google Home devices Google is listening in on in West Texas to ensure that it can translate uncommon accents.)
Good to know! I did have my daughter translate one of the videos for me. Her level of proficiency isn't up to "real-time interpreter" standards, but I was amazed how much she was able to understand and translate, after just one year of at-home learning.
I was able to infer some of what the presenter was saying in that video, just from her hand gestures and facial expressions, but the other videos I've watched, that are basically someone narrating while driving a Solterra on snow-covered roads, didn't offer that method of comprehension.
