The Solterra is probably not yet listed by USEPA either.I live in New York State and visited the website for NYSERDA, the state's energy department. They have a list of eligible EVs to get up to $2,000 in tax credits (the ID 4 gets this) but the Solterra is not yet listed. The Crosstrek is the only one.
Just to be clear, it's a tax credit, but not "refundable". What that means is that the benefit goes against tax liability, but only up to the amount of tax actually owed if the credit is more than your tax liability for the tax year.The Federal Tax Rebate
