The images below are from the "Discover the benefits of owning a Subaru Solterra" email that I received on 04/15/2022. Very clearly for three years. Very clearly different from the loaner program.

@md, did you reserve before that 4/15 email? And do you have the "from" email address? I went back to all my emails and I couldn't find any record of the Just Drive or EVgo for the life of me. And all of the promotional emails around that time doesn't have any info.

Thanks so much! My dealer is in the program but how do I get the code to sign up for the promotion??? I’ve been in touch with Subaru of America but so far they haven’t been helpful and my dealer has been even less helpful. I love my Solterra but the company has been a huge disappointment. This is my first Subaru. Thanks again!

I reserved on 02/08 and received that message 04/15. See email header below. Unfortunately, I don't have any more information about the code and how to use them. Definitely check if your dealer is in the Just Drive program. My order came in a couple weeks ago, but I didn't take delivery -- in part because of how terrible Subaru has been throughout this process, but I also purchased a Chevy Bolt EUV in the meantime and it is amazing! The test drive in the Solterra was really nice, infotainment was great, auto-parking was very cool, and it would have been great to have AWD the last couple of days and more space. Maybe I'll join the ranks of Solterra owners in the future.

I received an email at the end of last year for a reservation I rejected with the QMerit or EVGo. We had a didn't reservation which of course I didn't get an email for.
I tried calling SOA customer support. The first person I called gave me a number for Solterra. That actually seemed to be for Connect and said call your dealer.
Speaking at the dealer, he sent me a snippet of an email. Guess we'll see ....

Thank you for this documentation. I’m still working with a Subaru Customer Advocate and my dealer to get the Just Drive Rental benefit. I forwarded your info to them. Neither SOA nor my dealer seem to know anything about this offer but they finally seem to understand that they need to find out how I can obtain it. It’s hard to understand why SOA is making it so difficult.

I picked up my Solterra 2/11 and asked the dealer about both. They claim that I would have to contact corporate since that isn't handled on the dealer level. But then again, I was the first person to take delivery of the Solterra and informed me they are still learning ...
I also was the first, but they did their homework first!

Funny..

I’ve had mine a month, and nothing… I wonder if this is a dealer-participation option.

I‘m not concerned, since I only plan to use the vehicle locally and charge at home…
Reach out to SOA (I used the email option). Within about 15 hours they responded that they would "resend" the offer (it had never been sent IMO). By the time I received that response, I had already received the "resent" offer. Reward activated (EVgo), all good now. Nothing about Just Drive, but we also have an Outback so we likely wouldn't use that anyway.

That's what i did. Got an email the next day to register and set up the $400 credit with EVgo. Now I'm just waiting to get my $250 refunded and info on the Just Drive promotion.

What email address for SOA did you use for the EVgo credit? Still trying to get ours set up.
