Has anyone got the $400 EVgo credit with their new purchase of the Subaru Solterra AND if so, how did you go about doing it?

Thanks

You should have gotten an email from Subaru with subject : "Don't forget your Solterra charging offers"; that email would have a link so you could chose between the $400 credit for charging with EVGO or with Qmerit to apply the $400 towards the installation of a new charger.
Also received an email from Subaru a few days after purchasing the car. Was able to get $400 credit immediately, but never received a card. What is the purpose of the card if you already have a credit in your account?
The RFID card is independent of the Subaru offer. In my case I had already had an EVgo account with an RFID card for about two years. Adding the $400 to my account was super easy - once I finally got the email from Subaru (had to prompt them by email).

I've never actually used the RFID card, always just the app. But it could come in handy some day.
I am having a tough time finding the $400.00 credit. All I see is a plan that is called Subaru Charging. But doesn’t show a credit.

The EVgo app is a little unclear. The place I see my credit is in “payment and billing” then “transactions”
I have a charger already at home (apartment garage had them when I moved in), so I took the EVgo credit even though there are 0 EVgo stations currently in Wisconsin. Email showed up a few days after purchasing my Solterra. Credit went through without issue.

I did find even though there are no EVgo near me, you can use them on their partner networks including ChargePoint which there are several where I have been. However, the EVgo app could not activate the charger - but the EVgo RFID card did work to activate the ChargePoint chargers.

Yes I was just able to activate my EVgo $400 charging credit yesterday 5/24. It took 2 days of calls & emails to Subaru of America Assistance 866-384-3574 and Advocacy 800-782-2783 but I finally got an email link for the promotions... Which took another day and multiple phone calls between SOA & EVgo to get it activated. Don't give up!
