it took a lot of pestering Subaru of America with repeat phone calls to customer service and almost 2 months later got it In am email.
Thats nice to know. I just got off the phone with them (before I read your post). The agent created a ticket and said I should hear something in a day or two. If that doesn't work I will try the email path.Luckily, I had an easier time. I just sent an email to SOA inquiring about the $400 credit and the Just Drive free rental promotion. I received a response in about 2 days and got a code for the credit a day or two later.

Yes, EVgo will issue you a card but I believe the $400 credit can only be sent from Subaru (which I received within hours after calling Subaru Customer Support).EVgo will issue you card...

I remember seeing that Subaru had "partnered with EVGo" and my dealer said that he didn't know what that meant. It must be location and dealer specific.Has anyone got the $400 EVgo credit with their new purchase of the Subaru Solterra AND if so, how did you go about doing it?

Similar experience - pretty easy and straightforward to register. ALSO - EVGo's customer service is pretty good, got stuck at a charging station (EVGo) so I called the number and they bailed me out quickly. (the display on the charging station was impossible to read in sunlight so they worked around that for me) The saving part for me in Ga is EVGo partners with ChargePoint - not a whole lot of EVGo around here. Typically when I recharge or "fill up" it runs 10 - 15$.Did it all on line. Very easy got the card and the $400 credit.
Got email from SoA, then a card from EVGo. I still have over $300 left. Only use it when I am out of town. But I am not a fan of EVGo.Has anyone got the $400 EVgo credit with their new purchase of the Subaru Solterra AND if so, how did you go about doing it?

The card is used to start a charge at a station and charge it to your account….maybe you can use an app but the card is super easy. Also, some of the stations’ soft buttons donot work well and the only way to stop charging is waive the card at it again. Also received an email from Subaru a few days after purchasing the car. Was able to get $400 credit immediately, but never received a card. What is the purpose of the card if you already have a credit in your account?
