Digital Key - Multiple Drivers

Not sure where to post this, but my issue has to do with sharing a digital key with my wife:

We finally got my digital key paired with the head unit, which allowed me to send out an invitation to my wife. She has her own profile and both of our seats adjust properly when either of us drives the car.

The ONLY problem is that when I invite her to share our digital key, and she receives the message with a link to the Connect app (she has already installed it), it brings up her current Connect app with the button that says, "Add Vehicle." When she taps on that she's given the message that instructs her to click on the QR code (or connect with a code) that appears on the infotainment screen. BUT THERE IS NO QR CODE.

Can anyone help with this presumably last step to getting her connected to the Remote features that I already enjoy?

Had a similar problem and I don't remember how we overcame that, but we had Solterra Connect assistance on the phone and they helped us. Hopefully they can help you: 1-866-384-3574.

The digital key identifies the vehicle and makes the QR code or other code unnecessary, but I can't remember how. I remember that we closed the app and reopened it (maybe more than once?). It worked though.
Sorry Tim! Here's what I would try. Take your wife's key and phone into the vehicle but NOT your key OR phone. We don't want the car to recognize your key or phone. Next, start the vehicle (so the READY light is on), and open her Solterra Connect App on the phone. Doublecheck to make sure her profile has loaded in the vehicle. On her phone in the app, touch the button at the top of the center of the screen (mine says "My Garage"). If your Solterra does not show and it asks to Add Vehicle, try closing the app on the phone and opening it again. Look again in My Garage, and if that didn't work, go inside the house and open your Solterra Connect App on your phone and send her another Digital Key invite. Leaving your phone in the house, go back out to the car and open the Digital Key invite on her phone and follow it into her Solterra Connect App. Look again in My Garage and if it asks to Add Vehicle, try closing the app and reopening it once or twice. If none of that worked and her "My Garage" doesn't show your Solterra and it is still asking for a QR code, pull the protective clear cover down away from the SOS/Emergency button in the center of the headliner between the 2 front seats and pull/press it to start a call with Solterra Connect help. It will ask if you have an emergency, and you will say no, and they will connect you with Solterra Connect assistance. Explain that you are trying to add the vehicle and see what they recommend. If the phone rep has no idea, ask for a more experienced rep, and if none are available, cut your losses and try again later. Good luck!!!
