I adjusted how high the back door opens to make it easier to reach the Close and Close & Lock buttons. The close button operates normally, but the Close & Lock button causes a double beep alert and then nothing happens. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?

Move the fob away from the door. Walking away works if it's in your pocket.
