Quite a few significant improvements. Not sure if these were all pre-announced before, but just reading this, could make it a real winner. My original 2023 model is great off-road, and if this one is even better, that is quite a feat. And the bonus is vastly improved fast charging (if it matches the specs). Now it can also be used as a trip car.

I would expect that both the Trailseeker and the 2026 Solterra will share a lot of the same EV driver train platform. If you need more room, then the Trailseeker will be your car.

Besides being expensive, not sure about long term reliability and service with Lucid. Both Subaru and Toyota have a very proven good reputation in that respect.

Uh, but does it now have a "glove compartment"? Will it be able to switch from MPH to KPH without going through 8 button pushes? Will it recognize consistently 2 different phones? When our 2023 Limited lease is up, it will be the little and frustrating things to serve as a litmus test.

I hope that changes one day, or pray you guys tolerate a lot of Uncharted posts over here. I’ve never owned an EV, so I’m learning from all the (real) posts here. I’m still very keen on the Uncharted as I don’t need the additional room of the Solterra, but before and after (if I purchase one), I will have a lot of questions.

Same boat here. Trying to learn what I can from existing Solterra owners and I guess if the new Solterra goes on sale before the Uncharted, we'll get insight into the tech that's in both cars and similar drivetrain as well. So far from the driving sports TV video of the new Solterra in action, I hope the Uncharted gets a lot of the same stuff. I'm okay with the Toyota multimedia stuff since I'm kinda used to it with my wife's RAV4.

I’ve looked at all the available ’26 YouTube videos, but they’re all from a month ago when the reviewers were out at a Colorado event. Many mentioned they were looking to get a vehicle back at their own review locations for an extended period; those are the ones I want to see. If you’ve been happy with the RAV4 screens that reassures me. My current 2020 Legacy XT infotainment system functions about like a 10 year old ipad I still have, it works but…
